All to Pot!

Hi there
Yes, you must be getting sick of this, yet another apology for going awol! Unfortunately everything 'went to pot' just after Christmas, so I'm now living in 'the annexe,' which is simply the room on the end of the house! So have spent the last 6 weeks or so sorting furniture, moving bits and pieces etc. Not great, but no other option at the moment, I'm afraid. So not a bit of crafting done, other than a couple of family birthdays that were essential, as I can't find anything, and haven't any room anyway! But today I got a new pc, and here I am reporting in. Still, enough moaning, I'm still here, and plodding on. The animals that remain seem to be fine, albeit that even the horses are sick to death of the mud, and actually refuse to go up in the field. That tells you how bad it is. I'm thinking of just keeping the blog going as a sort of 'rambling diary' at the moment, as I don't yet know when I'll get back to crafting, but my life, although seemingly full of crises, is rather mundane at the moment, so, we'll see. At least I can trawl everyone else's blog, and see what you're all up to. I'm really hoping for a better year this year, personally, weatherwise, and everything else, for everyone. So, going to leave it at that for now, and see how it goes. Keep smiling.
Love to all.

  1. Hi Rosie

Just checking in, first time for weeks, sorry! I'm sorry that you're having problems and I hope they get sorted out soon. I've been really down for a while, picked up yesterday and was fine and then today, wham, and I'm back down again. Let's hope that things will be better soon for us both. I'll be thinking of you. 2. Aww, thanks Hazel, bless you. So sorry you're finding it hard, to be expected, I guess. I know you'll never 'get over it' as such, but hopefully sort of 'come to terms' with losing Eric, and hopefully start enjoying life again. Time is a great healer, a cliche, I know, but true. Hopefully some better weather on the way, may cheer us all up, a bit of sunshine on our shoulders.
    Big hugs. xxx

  3. Hello again, I'm not sure if you're checking you blog but I've been wondering about you for weeks and decided the only way I could contact you was via your blog. I hope things have smoothed out for you and that the future is looking brighter. I still have my up days and down days but try to stay positive. Take care, Hazel x

  4. Hello Hazel, it's lovely to hear from you. No, I haven't been checking my blog, I've 'moved', well, have managed to split the house into two, more equal parts, so I now have a lounge, a bedroom, and a kitchen, yay! Only did this 4 weeks ago, so am not sorted out yet, and don't know where anything is. When it all gets sorted, hopefully I can get back to starting crafting again. I need to get into a routine, and get moving. I do hope that you're starting to feel a little more positive, not easy though. I shall go and have a look at your blog, see what you've been making. It's lovely to hear from you. Keep smiling.

  6. Hi Hazel
Thank you, and the same to you. Things haven't been good recently, but hopefully a New Year, new beginnings! Hope you're doing okay. I will get back to starting blog again at some point, hopefully.
